This is a guide to work the website. First install all the dependencies from requirements.txt using pip install requirements.txt then after everything is run. do python main2.py dont activate main.py unless you want to return to the old style of paging using the NiceGUI reflask and the older allocation calculation method. I kept both around as a proof of work.
